Richard Neville is a licensed real estate broker and commercial property owner and manager. He is originally from Australia. He studied engineering in the State of Tasmania.

In 1972, he delivered a sailboat to the U.S. "and ended up staying on and becoming a permanent resident and later a citizen.” He worked for a real estate developer in Annapolis and managed properties on the side.

In 1990, he decided to devote more time to property management.

“I had no intention of staying here when I left Australia,” says Richard Neville almost 30 years later. Together Richard and Barbara bring over 35 years of experience to their clients.

Barbara B. Neville is a licensed real estate agent and a residential property manager. She joined the company in 1986. She is University of Connecticut graduate.

As a residential property manager, she has made the residential side of the company grow. "Barbara is honest, personal and consistently exceeds the expectations of her clients."
